Miley was never "in" until now. She was seen as a child's star. She had her own T.V. show, so of course she was going to sell a few albums.

But here was the time when she could have proven herself to be a worthy and capable musician and she kinda screwed up.

The GP only used Miley for Party in the USA. Now, they aren't using her for anything since Adore You's only chance of charting was that horrible music video.
