The Singer on the stage are Marisa Monte and Seu Jorge, very famous here in Brazil. The black guy in the uniform is Pelé, KING OF FOOTBALL! All the staff represents the Carnaval and all the Rio de Janeiro places! <3

Meh, they could've done a much better job with that (more feathers and skin, perhaps). But I'm still looking forward to Brazil 2016.
