List your skills of what makes you think you are a good host:
(you can put them in bullet points if you like). But just make it easy to read and understand.
Also you must have a knowledge of ATRL and the Navy in general as the host will be needed to know how to stir up attention with changing the thread titles on time. Know how to throw shade in a strong confident way. And most of all knows how to keep things fresh and fun.
If you can do that and put all of that in a good easy to read resume then you have the job.
I would Suggest looking at the past 2 years' award shows to see how it was set up.
The first year will be harder to find seeing as it was in the Loud thread, but def check out last year's one hosted by bad Bitch.
