I love Adele, and 25 has only heightened my love for her. I would LOVE to see her live but somehow I don't see her coming to Australia any time soon.

Well aside from Katy, i'm deeply in love with Adele. And since my fave is not active, i became addicted to watching Delly's periscope vids ultimately slaying each show with her heavenly vocals.
Now let's get down to business:

favourite album : 21>19>25
Favourite era : 19>21>25 i like 19 because of how chill she was, she used to speak freely (And just so no one takes the "free" comment badly, i would like you to watch her interview with mara davis in her tour bus, it's her best interview, the way she explained the "Palin situation" vs the BBC special, shows how much she changed but i completly get it, the bigger your career get, the more guarded you become), do cool promo spots, and actually film more than 2 vids !!
Worst song : Send my love, please don't hate me, but it's an atrocious song for her standards, (i don't buy her explanation either), hopefully it's the last Max collab, indie'dele is the best Adele, but the video slays tho.
I discovered Adele through rolling in the deep, i liked it on first listen, afterwards watched the mv, checked 19, loved it, then i became obssessed, and here i am now. (the success is just a bonus )

this is literally the best interview she's ever done, talking about how she started in america, trashing sarah palin, stanning for bey, the chasing pavement controversy... so good 2016'dele could never.

I'm not trying to pick a fight with you here, because there is totally merit to your statement that she's become more guarded (she's even said that about herself in several interviews). But, I think you picked a particularly open 19 interview and a decidedly more shallow 25 era interview to make the comparison, and also aren't acknowledging that she's 7-8 years older now, in a stable relationship, a mother... there's a lot of maturity that comes with that and in-turn knowing what to say to whom and when, even if you didn't become the biggest-selling recording artist in the world in the meantime.
As for the promo stuff, she has more power to not release the vids that we love but she doesn't like to film

yes of course you're absolutely right, at this point in her career she doesn't need to film any music video or do any promo, and i know being honest definitely has its downside (as evidenced by a certain pressed gallagher) and the press literaly perched at her every step, but i still imagine in my mind, her being like out of the spotlight and serving us al kinds of candid interviews and exclusive radio concerts, it's just the nostalgic part of me that's talking.
