True, but she should do that without will.i.am/David Guetta and become a matured artist instead of an utterly trashy and replaceable pop singer.
And what makes this album personal again? The fact she co-wrote every song? Good for her, but if lines like "Talk dirty to me, baby / Everytime I want it" or "Turn you on, make you irradiate / A little bit stronger" really reveal her innermost thoughts, she has bigger issues than I initially thought.
I was one of her biggest fans once, but she already lost me with Femme Fatale and with Britney Jean she definitely sank even lower. It's great there are people outside who can still enjoy it though.

Not you quoting 2 of 3 straightforward club/sexy songs to make a point here though. Besides Tik Tik Boom, Body Ache and Work Bitch, the album is not all about going to the club and for her, the fact that it touches on insecurities and failed relationships and family may be a very big representative chunk of her "personal" life. She has obviously felt a personal connection to the album in the recording process, as she has repeatedly stated, and lyrically it is refreshing that even a few of the upbeat songs are not about dancing and sexing. As I mentioned before, if anyone expected a Britney album (even a self-proclaimed "personal" one) to be void of any sexy club songs at all and just be full of somber downtempos, that would be kind of crazy, but the fact that most of the album is not at all focused on that is a big change for her.
While I understand people being disappointed in the production values or vocals or overall musical content on the album, a complaint that this is "not personal enough" is asinine, given that not a person posting here can ever say for sure how "personal" any of this material is or isn't ultimately to her because they are not her. Maybe content-wise it doesn't cover certain topics that a given person might want to hear about (particularly 5-6 year old topics that fans always want her to speak out about), but that was long ago. If what is going on in her life now is that she recently went through a break-up, has a new boyfriend, is a celebrity and is a mom is what she wants to sing about and is personal to her, how is she lying about that initial assertion that we'd get that on this album?
