it was definitely a risky choice, and the thread was hilarious AND messy at the same time. something atrl is known for. overall, i was pleased with your effort and with the response to the thread. lovely "warning received" status on the first response... the only thing i thought worked against you was how temporary the thread was. it ultimately had a very short run and fizzled quickly.

I really enjoyed reading that thread. It was creative and enjoyable. Best of all it was different. For the 2 years I've been on this board I've never seen a thread like this. So you had the creativity and the discussion in the thread is hilarious. The discussion does get a bit personal in there though, so I did have to consider that. But overall I loved it.

Always a good sign when post #2 has been reported and warned. Your OP itself was pretty basic, but since ATRLers are attention *****s, all you needed was a personal question they could ask. Perfect.

The thing that was most impressive about your thread is that it should have been a breeding ground for warnings and reported posts, but there was only one warned post and one other reported post. That's impressive for such a shady thread. I personally enjoyed the thread quite a bit, but I think that your own participation leveled off a little too much by the end. It was a good thread and a good idea, however, and that's what really matters.

I appreciate you went for quality instead of quantity, that’s what a lot of ATRL’s don’t grasp when making threads. They all want that hit thread, so since you chose not to go that route I applaud. As for your thread it was really creative and something different. From what I saw there was only one report and warn, but that was Clark’s on fault

it was an interesting idea for a thread but i do feel it fell short a little bit. the concept was nice, but it was one of those threads that has a short shelf life then fades not too long after it was made. it was not, by any means, a SMASH. however, i wouldn't say it flopped either. it was a valid question and if i were any less busy with work, etc. i'd surely have participated.

You thread was different but it really doesn't open up for much discussion seeing as how a lot of faves already have children. But I see where you were trying to go and I applaud that effort. I think you could have done something more interactive and fun.

You may have noticed (and if you haven't, you did now) that I love threads where we get to shade our faves. I love shading our own faves more than shading people we hate. There's something more fun about it. Your thread was just that, and I even noticed you taking a few jabs at your faves, too. It was fun.

No reported posts whatsoever. Impressive. I do like that, while your output wasn't the most entertaining in that thread, you facilitated conversation in an impacting manner and ensured that the thread would at least become close to a hit thread, if not entirely one. While not quite as fully entertaining as Devin's thread, yours was also solid. I particularly loved Eli just looking for an excuse to post *that* Britney gif. Classic.

Another creative thread. It’s something to think about with the fans if their fav actually announced they were pregnant. Some have male fav’s so they would have to ask who is the mama and stuff like that. I kind wish this was one of those threads that changes the subject every once in while. Like the next one would be “She’s Gay!”, but then again for the male fav’s it would probably get a bit explicit. I also appreciate your involvement in the thread.

i really like the idea behind your thread and it seems like something i would make. you managed to get people excited about saying something nice about an artist who may or may not be their fave. sure, there was the usual shade here and there, but you executed your idea very well. you had the biggest response to your thread, and that response was well-deserved. you deserve to be in the finale.

The thread isn't really that unique or creative. It has been done several times. It did get a discussion going and that was one of the upsides. It did invite a lot of opportunities for shade though. Overall I feel like you could have done better.

A title changing thread with all our faves. An ATRL classic. Went on for many pages and got a hit thread out of it. A little bland, though.

It's definitely an interesting idea to have some of the most notorious shaders on ATRL talk about things that they DO like about an artist they can't stand, and, in that sense, I applaud the thread alone. Positivity is not something I see enough of here, and you did a great job of facilitating that. Something that was really interesting is that, despite being a pretty innocent thread, this thread was actually the one to receive the most warning points. Perhaps the less obvious threads are the ones more likely to receive warning points. Hmm. I also thought that, while you made your thread the most popular of the three, you also barely had any say in the actual topic. You would say something you liked about an artist, but that's about it. Obviously, having the most popular thread will help, but I feel like you could have done more to make it even MORE popular.

I appreciate that. It was a nice thread with a great concept, but ATRL just can’t take a minute to not be shady which resulted in some reports and warns in the thread. Another thing, I feel like this thread has been done many other times before in other kinds of formats.
