No, he's not. The song is decreasing hard on radios. 2.1 million views per day is not that much and it's far from enough. Yes, top 3 peak is possible but there are too much factors going against it. It's kinda pointless to discuss a #1 peak.
Rihanna hasn't promoted FFS for 2 months, she may perform it this Saturday but that's it.
I thought maybe she could perform FFS along with BBHMM on SNL when the album is out but it probably won't happen since a new single will probably drop before the album / along with it.
