I would go crazy if I had more than one girl signed. I've tried it before but now I just stick with AB. I just hope I can get Vibes charting one more week. I just need to sell 50k to get to platinum

You should be able to do that. Does it help when we mention other artists with our character in interviews? If it does, I will mention Vibes in a few piece to help.

ANASTACIA APPEARS ON
THE TONIGHT SHOW WITH DAVID LETTERMAN

Anastacia took to The Tonight Show with David Letterman to promote her latest single, “Gold Temptation”. The signer was on fire from the moment she walked out and blew kisses at the audience with a huge smile on her face.
Walking over to the band, she didn’t waste any time kicking off the first live performance of the new single. With her eyes intent on the camera, the singer delivered an electrifying performance that had the audience on their feet and clapping and dancing as she sang.
As the song ended she rushed over to David Letterman and gave him a sincere hug.
A: I love you David!
DL: Oh my! Don’t tell my wife! She’ll kill me before I can retire.
A: [laughs] I can’t believe I am here with you on the Tonight Show. It is such a crazy honor.
DL: Well, thank you. Your new single was incredible. I haven’t seen the audience this worked up in quite some time.
A: The energy in the song is insane. You can’t help but really dance when the track fires up. I am glad the audience was digging.
DL: Do you guys love it?
[audience cheers]
A: I love all of you!
DL: So, you wrote this song and Ryan Tedder produced it. I heard he is a lot of fun to work with in the studio.
A: OMG! [laughs] He would always be full of life and energy and we’d dress up and do some weird ass stuff while recording. He is crazy too. He’ll come up with a random idea and you think there is no way this is ever going to work and then, boom fire! You hear it and you’re like damn Ryan.
DL: Plus, he’s hot too I hear.
A: [laughs] Don’t get messy on me David!
DL: Okay, I understand. Now, is your entire album going to sound like, “Gold Temptation?”
A: The album has the sprock sound. But I think there is some great diversity in there. I really love the way it is turning out.
DL: Well, if you have more songs like, “Gold Temptation” I think you are going to be on to something special.
A: I just hope the fans embrace the new single and it really gets them out there on the dance floor. I'd love it to be a Vibes sized hit, like that hot single by Azealia. I adore her!
DL: You don’t have to worry about that Anastacia. I think you have learned well from Azealia!
A: I appreciate that, David. [hugs Letterman]
DL: You are too kind, Anastacia. Okay, hey we got more to come on the show. Thanks to my guest the beautiful and talented, Anastacia. Be sure to purchase her hot new single, “Gold Temptation”. You guys, this is not a single to miss. Both physical and digital copies of the single exist.
A: I love you guys! This single is for you!
DL: And see she loves you too! Don’t disappoint the girl! She is counting on you to pick up this new single and generate the sales to get that hot new album released in the coming weeks!

ANASTACIA APPEARS ON GOOD MORNING AMERICA

Anastacia took to Good Morning America today to talk about her latest single with Robin Roberts. The pair embraced for a quick hug before Anastacia took her place in front of a microphone backed by her band. Then raising her hands in the air she began to clap and shouted, “Are you ready America? Anastacia is back!”
With that, she began to deliver a hard rock performance of her new single, “Gold Temptation” The arrangement had the hosts of the show dancing in the background and laughing, while the crowd outside was also really getting into the latest Anastacia single.
After finishing, Anastacia rushed over and gave Robin Roberts another hug.
RR: Anastacia, girl that was a hot track!
A: Did you like it? [laughs] I am loving the energy the song has and that people are dancing to it. As a musician you crave the feeling of people connecting to your song. This is actually heaven to me.
RR: That arrangement, it insane. You really had me going, is that Anastacia rocking it hard?
A: That’s the original arrangement when I wrote the track. It’s the album version. The single we decided to create so that it would end up in heavy rotation.
RR: Well, you managed that. It’s been called the hit song of the summer by so many people. I really haven’t seen this much praise for you in so long.
A: Part of it is getting passionate about the music again. River Rose Records is big on artists doing their own thing and pushing themselves to be successful. I love my label and my management. They’ve been incredible and I get to rock hard all summer. I mean, how many singers do you know that come on here and say they love it.
RR: Not many.
A: If I get to that point, I’ll probably leave my label. But for now, I am rocking hard and loving it. They don’t pressure me and when I played, “Gold Temptation” for them, they really were receptive to it. They were like, damn Anastacia you’ve been keeping the good stuff to yourself. [laughs]
RR: It’s refreshing to see you so passionate about the music again. After your cancer came back, some fans were worried you’d throw in the towel.
A: I live through my music. I will always make new music for the fans as long as they are here for it.
RR: I suspect they will be here for some years to come.
A: I really hope so. I can’t believe how blessed I have been. I hope y’all love, “Gold Temptation” This is your song! It’s a song for the world! A love song from your biggest fan, Anastacia!
RR: I am sure that I am not alone when I say, we accept. Our segment is over, unfortunately. Would you like to play us out?
A: Heck yeah!
[Anastacia and the band begin to play, “Gold Temptation” again]
RR: Make sure you pick up her latest single, Gold Temptation in stores and through digital music retailers. Coming up next, a Mother who has a sinister secret to tell and it’s shocking.

ANASTACIA APPEARS ON X-FACTOR UK

Anastacia promised to promote to her fans across the globe and she began to deliver by appearing on the hit series, X-Factor UK. Appearing before results, the singer took a moment to speak with the panel of judges.
Simon Cowell: Anastacia, you know I am one of your biggest fans. We wanted to take just a moment to each ask you as question before you perform. Would that be alright with you?
Anastacia: Heck, yeah! Hello United Kingdom! Anastacia loves you!
[crowd erupts into applause]
Simon Cowell: Since I am the most important person on the panel, I will go first. Anastacia, why did you choose, “Gold Temptation” as the debut single from your new album? It’s catchy and fun, but tell us in your own words.
Anastacia: I wanted the tone of the new record to be fun and just full of life. After I gathered the songs with Ryan Tedder, I knew this had to be the first single.
Cheryl Cole: Anastacia, Cheryl Cole.
Anastacia: Hi Cheryl. I know who you are. [laughs]
Cheryl: Oh! Good! Do you find that your sprock sound shines on the new single?
Anastacia: I do believe so. I feel like the song was made form sprock, if that makes sense. I love, love, love “Gold Temptation” and I am really excited about performing the single for the fans!
Louis Walsh: Without coming across as pretentious, could you please compare the song to something else I might have heard of. Not to be rude and no, not one of your other songs.
Anastacia: I’d probably say the it has elements of Bring Me to Life by Evanescence to it? I know they are a rock band and you might be too old to know who they are.
Simon: I absolutely adore you, Anastacia. [laughs]
Mel B: I don’t have a question, but it would be such an honor to sing with such a global legend. Could we duet on your song?
Anastacia: Uh, yeah! Come on girl let’s get this party going!
With that, the lights went down on the stage and Mel B and Anastacia stood together as the band began to softly play.
Anastacia: You better keep up sister. We’re going to light this stage on fire.
Cheryl: Are you kidding me? I have been born to sing this song with you. Let me show you just how much I got this.
Then the music began to slam hard and the pair began to effortlessly switch off on the lyrics to, “Gold Temptation” Each dancing harder and trying to upstage the other. The crowd got into the performance and took to their feet as did Cheryl, Louis and Simon.
At the ned of the performance, Cheryl wrapped her arms around Anastacia and said as she gasped for breath, “That was the hot new single from Anastacia. Make sure you pick up her latest single, “Gold Temptation” in stores or download it from your favorite digital music distributor. Oh girl that was fine!
Anastacia: Oh! I had fun too. Thanks for singing with me sister.

ANASTACIA APPEARS ON PORTA A PORTA

Anastacia took to Italy to promote her latest single, “Gold Temptation”. While there, she stopped by the hit Italian late night talk show Porta A Porta for an interview and live performance. Hosted by Bruno Vespa, the singer was anxious to have her appearance broadcast to her Italian friends.
BV: Anastacia, it is so good to have you here. You know your Italian fans they just love you.
Anastacia: You guys know I love you too! Italy is one of my all-time favorite places!
[crowd cheers]
BV: Your new single, “Gold Temptation” It is a fun track that fits perfectly into the European music scene. Were you planning on writing a hit that could do that?
Anastacia: I always write my songs hoping they will be played. [laughs] But I don’t force the music to go in any particular direction. Instead, I go ahead and just let the music speak for itself.
BV: This song does a lot of speaking. Are you afraid of possible backlash from the lyrics, because you do mention you love gold?
Anastacia: Let’s be realistic Bruno, we all love gold. It’s hot and I love it!
BV: It is very nice that you are passionate about the music. Could you perform your new single for our audience?
Anastacia: I would love to, Bruno! As long as you guys don’t mind?
To that the crowd jumped up to their feet and Anastacia took the hunt. Rushing to the microphone, the band began to play the opening to Anastacia’s latest hit single, “Gold Temptation”. The singer then growled the first few opening lines before giving a passionate performance where she got lost in the music.
Around her the crowd got into the song and ti was almost surreal how well things began to blend together. The audience was singing and Anastacia began to cry on camera as she finished up the song. Bruno came up to her and gave her a hug.
BV: Why are you crying my dear? There is no need! You should be happy you did good!
Anastacia: My Italian fans really have always been there for me and I love them so much. I’ve had people dancing to the track with me, but you all are the first ones to sing the lyrics along with me. You don’t know how much that means to me. I am really blessed that each of you is here with me tonight, sharing this moment. I will never forget it as long as I live.
With that the crowd took to their feet and applauded the singer, who raised her hands. I am humbled by each of you in here tonight. Thank you again.
BV: Thank you Anastacia for sharing your gift with the people of Italy. I am Bruno Vespa and tonight I shared the camera with the lovely Anastacia. Come back tomorrow for another interview with another interesting person. Oh and viewers, please download or purchase Anastacia’s new single, “Gold Temptation”. You know she loves all of her Italian fans!

Lyric Video for Paradiso

Released earlier today in promotion of her second single, Azealia released the lyric video for her latest hit "Paradiso" which was uploaded on her VEVO account at 6PM EST. So far with over a million views, the lyric video for Paradiso has been successful compared to others. Along with the release of the lyric video, Azealia Banks also posted an audio only video of Paradiso at midnight on the 7th, the time Paradiso was released. With a pixel scenery of beaches and fun with a pixel Azealia having fun on the beach while singing along to the tune of Paradiso, this lyric video has received great praise as "different" and "fun" With the official video coming Wednesday, the lyric video for Paradiso has been keeping the fans calm and in order until then.
At the start of the video, there is no sound for 5 seconds and only the sight of a pixel sun rising and with rays of the sun flashing and moving. Once the beat kicks in, the rays flash and move with the infectious beat of Paradiso. With a pixel version of Azealia seen wearing a black and white striped bikini with a green/blue weave and white ray bans popping up, colors bounce off the screen in a circa 1999 Gameboy games type of way. Azealia is seen rapping the lines of Paradiso as she waves her arms and moves to the beat of Paradiso.
After the scene with Azealia and the flashing sun, There is a scene of a beach, which is pictured above, that shows the pixel Azealia walking from an aerial view as the lyrics scroll across the screen in a gorgeous and curly font. With the waves moving and birds flying above-head in a glitchy 90s style pixel animation. With this scene and its bright colors flying around the screen, the viewer is sucked into this beautiful animated world Azealia created for her lyric video. When it comes time for the chorus of the song, Azealia is seen lying in a lawn chair wearing the same bikini and glasses. Lifting her glasses down to her nose, the camera focuses in on Azealia's face and a black dialog box pops up to where only Azealia's eyes are shown. With the pixel text showing the lyrics to the chorus with the light in Azealia's eye glittering. This part of the video is repeated in different fashions and colorations during each chorus of the song.
For the bridge of the song, Azealia Banks is seen walking out of the frame for this part as it is set in front of a coconut tree. Zooming in on one of the coconuts on the tree, the fruit falls in a pixel-like fashion and the bridge's lyrics appear around and on it as it falls. Once the beat kicks back in, however, the backdrop for the falling coconut turns from the blue of the sky to a glittery flashing rainbow of colors. After this, Azealia is then seen sitting on a rock where she looks into the water and the lyrics to the last verse of the song appear and disappear as you can see into Azealia's reflection of her rapping the remaining part of the song.
With a 98% approval rating, the song has been much more well received as opposed to Vibes, Azealia's previous single. With the release of this lyric video, sales of Paradiso have increased in an abundance. As well as for the effect on Paradiso's success, surprisingly the lyric video's release has also helped previous single Vibes' sales on iTunes. On Twitter, #ParadisoLyricVideo trended for approximately 4 hours worldwide, much to Azealia's approval. Azealia is expected to release the official music video for Paradiso in the upcoming few days.

Charli XCX performs on The Graham Norton Show & Performs 'Alone in the Dark Remix (Feat. Brooke Candy)'

Charli XCX went back to her home country earlier to perform at the T in the Park festival but she did make a stop by The Graham Norton Show. After Graham presented her as being the 'rising star of 2014' and the 'next big thing', she was welcomed by screams of the crowd while Graham announced her name and 'Alone in the Dark' started playing while she walked in.
She was wearing a white Balenciaga Gown with golden studs covering the top of the gown. She was also wearing gold Miu Miu knee length boots. Her hair was up in a ponytail right on top of her head. She looked magnificent.
Welcome! You already have such a big fan base here in the UK! Look at the crowd!
Yeah my UK fans are fantastic!
You look beautiful, what are you wearing?
Thank you! I'm wearing Balenciaga right now. I love Balenciaga they have some great outfits.
Right when you were coming in we were playing your new single 'Alone in the Dark', When did you start working on it, when did you actually start working on your new album?
I started working on my sophomore album right when I released True Romance. I write all the time you know. The first song I wrote and that ended up on the album is 'SuperLove'. I wrote it in like...June 2013. And we had finished editing it around July 2013. Which is why I wanted it as a promo single for the album, It was the first song that ended up on the album and it also does represent the sound of the album.
Is 'Alone in the Dark' one of the more unique songs on the album, the ones that sound less like the rest or is it early the same as the rest?
All the songs are unique in my opinion but yes, 'Alone in the Dark' is one of the only songs on the album which sound so differently.
You recently moved to Variety Records, after being signed to Atlantic & Asylum, why the change?
Well I never really liked signing to two labels, I prefer much more being signed to one label since it's easier to do everything. But the real reason is that I felt like my previous label didn't understand me. They refused to book me some better gigs, and I didn't have enough promotion for my different singles and for the album. They also kind of wanted me to be a more generic singer for my second album. I immediately refused. I don't adapt myself to what others want. I do whatever I want to do with my music.
Your shows have been called amazing and just like huge fun parties, how do you plan your performances?
Well when it comes to concerts like at T in The Park festival I really just do whatever I want. I obviously rehearse a lot. But when it comes to the setlist, I perform my latest single, and do songs from my discography that I love. My band is amazing we have such a great time together, it helps. But i do plan a lot more my TV performances or my tours. I rehearsed for about 3 days my performance at American Idol. And I have something special planned for today's performance!
We can't wait for it! Have you finished any tracks recently for your album?
Well I'm finishing it all up right now but the last one I completed was done two days ago, it's a song called 'Princess'. It's Electro-Alternative/Pop track, a little bit like a more electronic SuperLove.
There are rumors the music video of the single 'Alone in the Dark' was already shot, what can you say about the music video?
That those rumors are true! I've already shot the music video. We've finished shooting it 2 weeks ago and we are currently finishing editing it. It's gonna be released by the end of the week!
Thank you for coming, ladies and gentleman, Charli XCX!
After a quick commercial break, Charli was shown on the stage wearing a Miu Miu orange outfit along with her orange Miu Miu boots. The first performance was the performance of 'Cloud Aura' a track on True Romance that features the rapper Brooke Candy. She started singing it with a great passion and suddenly out of no where, Brooke Candy appeared on stage in a black leather outfit and started rapping her part. She was amazing with her long pink, blond and Black hair and her huge black heels.
"This is Brooke Candy everybody! She's an amazing person and a great artist, Here is a little surprise I have for you guys... 'Alone in the Dark' The Brooke Candy Remix!"
And Brooke Candy started singing the her intro of the remix while Charli started screaming a few lyrics here and there into the microphone. She then started singing the first verse while Brooke Candy hyped the crowd. During the chorus, Charli jumped around as usual while Brooke Candy started singing the extra lyrics that were added to the song. The performance gathered a lot of attention because of the Brooke Candy Remix announcement.

Are Single remixes standalone tracks that chart all by themselves or are their sales counted as part of the original version?

The Today Show
Bonnie McKee performs her smash hit single "Smile" live on The Today Show, and talks about her new EP with Savannah Guthrie.
SG: Her new single "Smile" is currently storming up the charts and she's just released her brand new EP 'Young Love', it's Bonnie McKee! Good morning to you Bonnie.
BM: Good morning, I'm thrilled to be here.
SG: There's a lot going on in your life right now, from charity work to planning for your tour to your EP release, what's next for Bonnie McKee?
BM: My life's very busy right now, but I guess that means I'm doing the pop star thing right - at least I hope that's what it means!
SG: Well I certainly think it does. Let's talk about your new EP, which was released just yesterday, what was it like being able to release something that you'd been working so hard on?
BM: Releasing music is what I want to do, and having my EP out so soon after signing with Sphinx Records is just a blessing. They've been very supportive of my musical direction and have helped me every step of the way. I'm so excited for my fans to finally be able to hear what I've been working on!
SG: The EP is called 'Young Love', and features seven brand new tracks. Which track is your favourite from the new release, Bonnie?
BM: Oh, each and every track is special to me in its own way, but "Disaster" is definitely an overall favourite of mine. It's just so raw and powerful, and me in a way that my fans have never seen before. I also really love "Young Love" and of course "Smile", which I chose as the lead single.
SG: We've all seen the music video, which is amazing, and also features some scenes that you managed to take while in Africa earlier last week, how do you plan on building on the success that "Smile" has already had? Is there anywhere further for it to go?
BM: I definitely feel that "Smile" still has a long way to go. My label and I have discussed potential single options for the future, but right now we plan to concentrate on making the most of "Smile" and capitalising on its success that it's seeing in the US, UK, Australia and across Asia. We still have a few little surprises in store, don't you worry!
SG: Now, you've also been setting up some promotional deals, mainly with Mind Candy in the UK, can we expect anymore of those types of deals?
BM: Maybe... I can't say too much on that. But the deal with Mind Candy is still valid and I'm glad that my UK fans can enjoy "Smile" as well as getting some cool exclusive gifts for their monster friends. I think that's great!
SG: Now your charity, the Bonnie McKee Foundation, has also been drawing in support through the use of "Smile" in its advertisements. What do you feel is most important, the advertisements giving exposure to your single or your charity?
BM: Definitely the charity, hands down. Obviously I love "Smile", and my goal is to help make the world smile, but if I can just make one country in particular smile, such as Africa, to begin with... then that's more than I could ever ask for. If my song draws attention to these children and convinces people to help them, then that's accomplishing both my goal for my charity and my song. "Smile" is about letting your voice be heard, and smiling no matter the adversity. That is what I aim to bring to these sick children, and I encourage others to do the same.
SG: That's truly amazing. Now Bonnie, you're here to perform your new single "Smile" for us today, take it away!
BM: Thank you!

SG: What an amazing performance! Bonnie McKee's single "Smile", as well as her brand new EP 'Young Love' are currently both available on iTunes and in stores now! Secure your copy, people! Thank you, Bonnie.
BM: Thank you, thank you all! *waves to fans*

A: Where are we at right now? Well I just scored a number one and I don't know where she's at but that's where I've been. Rita is petty. I don't see her as anything more than a nuisance. I mean I already dealt with her last year, stop hitting me up for attention!
