They paid Can't Be Tamed dust because nobody was here for that single. It squeaked passed platinum and took over 2 years to get 100 million views. We Can't Stop is turning into a big hit for her, possibly will be her 3rd best seller (or 2nd depending on its longevity) and with it being the biggest music video released this year they'd be stupid to exclude it.
No I remember the video was a big deal and in 2010 getting 100 million views wasn't an easy thing to do.. She could've gotten a VMA nomination atleast.

I always dragged the CBT era, even before WCS' success. Good album, but that era was bombastically messy. I agree that getting 100 million views wasn't as easy as it is today, but Miley did it with Party in the USA in a shorter amount of time (and that was released in 2009) along with Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Rihanna, Eminem and a string of other artists getting 100 million+ viewed videos in 2010.
But I do think she'll get a nomination for Best Female Video/Best Pop Video at the VMAs this year.
