This still bewilders me. Like, I know Lips is a pretty simple song and uses AATB as a blueprint for the most part, but as an amateur songwriter I just could never imagine writing a song in 8 minutes. I'm way too overcritical and analytical when it comes to lyric writing.
Just checked ASCAP and "Every Day Is A Holiday" is (still) registered. I noticed her total went up from 103 to 105, and the song is actually registered twice; judging by Work ID, the first was "Every Day Is A Holiday" which only has Katy, Sarah, Duke and Hal on the credits, whereas it's been registered a second time as "Everyday Is A Holiday" with Luke as a co-writer.
I swear, if he gets a writing credit just because he changed the title of the song (and made it less grammatically correct)...

Pretty sure all the writing credits he gets from songs he produced are exactly those "changes".

Never mind, the version titled "Every Day Is A Holiday" actually has Katy Perry listed under the 'Performers' section, the other version doesn't. Only songs which have been recorded have this section.
It's weird though because both songs have different publishers listed.
I hope she doesn't bring the HotNCold/IS costume for RiR. It's not that kind of audience
She would be dragged to the pits to be honest. Brazil loves Hot n Cold (the original one) and the clothes change in 2011 was a highlight. Everyone was talking about it the day after the show. And I really hope she doesn't sing International Garbage.
