No, she doesn't really care about issues otherwise she'd be doing actual work to better the planet rather than running a less than 3% campaign every four years.
And she will say anything to get elected, which is why she spends all of her time bashing Hillary hoping to peel some of her liberal base and having dinners with Putin and his propaganda arm.
I would suggest she run for congress and start there, but I heard she tried that.
