Second, i knew she didn't commit suicide. A lot of monsters claimed she was hacked at the time. and it was proven today that she didn't.

Most of the songs like Teenage Dream/Hummingbird Heartbeat/E.T. were written to be pop smashes, which they are. The album doesn't really have any truly personal songs aside from like three.

i always thought when they met it was at a bad time because katy didnt win any vma's that night and he announced during the show that she was probably upset so he was going to follow her back to her room...they probably got drunk and did it and she just ended up staying

A lot of the music sites, blogs and music reviewers state its a mid-tempo ballad. I personally think its a mid-tempo song along the same tempo as Teenage Dream.

Last Friday Night, Teenage Dream, ET and TOTGA are all up-tempo's. Califonia Gurls is quite slow for an up-tempo and Fireworks has a unique song structure.
