That's the theory I've been hearing.
Kelly isn't standing on water but rising above it in order to catch her breath. And this someone is the same person who gave us a clue that a greatest hits is coming up. Pretty reliable although he said that the single would be released in November, he could've been hearing about Don't Rush at that time or RCA changed their plans. But for me he is reliable.
He always gives me vague information though
