Is it actually possible to hate Emotions?
Memoirs is lowkey my favourite album out of the three I'm very familiar with. There's just... Something about it. It has such a charm and air that really sticks with you I think. It's raw and visceral in the beginning and it just heads further and further towards that fairytale ideal of love that so many of us have. The opposite of how relationships (and albums) usually work. Even the songs in the second half that aren't very positive and loving in the second half still remain whimsical and feel like a haze.
I adore it.
