Barbra Streisand is one of the greatest vocalists ever. She doesn't sound as good now though, she lost a lot of her range and her voice deepened a ton with age, but she can still sing the hell out of a song. Poor Aretha.

Aretha sounds atrocious. The way she ruined RITD and when she won a Grammy for her atrocious rendition of "A House Is Not a Home"....
But thankfully for her, people recognize her older work for her vocal height and ignore the fact that her voice is shot to hell. That what makes a legend.
Barbra's basic ass titled The Barbra Streisand Album's one-two-three, Je M'Appelle Barbra, My Name is Barbra part one and two, People, are her best (aside from The Broadway Album). I like the standard covers the best.

Wasn't they only doing that because rock acts were flopping on the charts in comparison to disco acts? I can't imagine that now. People would just use Twitter to complain.
