How is everyone's lives? I'm going to Gold Coast (Australia) tomorrow for 6 days, and meeting my parents and some extended family over there. Should be cute - but I meant to get myself really in shape for the beach but I wound up being really stressed out these past two weeks at work so didn't manage to achieve everything I wanted to.

I'm in South Korea. Everything is going great so far. It gets me excited for when I actually move to asia (Japan) next June

speaking from the perspectives of south Koreans; there aren't a lot of latinos that come here so they don't have any experience with them. they only know what stereotypes are associated with the individual countries. Tbh a lot of Koreans haven't had any experience with a race other than their own. When I first got here people thought I was a rapper and kept asking me about stereotypically black culture related things because that's all they knew.
I imagine this experience is the same as any homogeneous asia country but again I only know korea
