Lol Taeyeon don't give a damn about being leader. Tiffany and Sooyoung are basically the leaders and Taeyeon is perfectly fine with that.

Taeyeon was lazy as hell during their US promotions. She was just sitting in the back with her head down while Jessica and Tiffany represented the group.

Taeyeon had the flu when in the US, as did Yoona.

Taeyeon, Jessica, Yuri, Tiffany and on occasion, Sunny (despite her 2014 spring awakening), only started to really drop the ball in mid 2012, mainly Yuri; she was a mess in the Paparazzi video.
