Every artist declines. It's part of the industry nature. My point is that Britney was still the 'it' girl during her third era and remained to have the 4th best selling album of that year, along with topping Forbes as the most powerful celeb. She was everywhere. With her controversial image, performances, videos and songs, endorsement deals with Pepsi, Sketchers, Toyota, Japanese candy, etc. Britney was way bigger during the Britney era than Gaga was in BTW, along with ITZney and ArtpopGa.
