It's been over 4 years since its release now & I have yet to see another album be quite as universally loved. Maybe only 21, but it wasn't as "critically acclaimed", it was just more loved by the GP for its simplicity. Whereas MBDTF isn't simple at all.
It was robbed of an AOTY nom for sure, but to be fair, he was never going to win while he was up against Adele's 21 in the category. No one was going to win but her, lol.
