Where is Capitol its huge power? I am starting to have a meltdown

Roar and Dark Horse have cannibalized Unconditionally. Not a good thing for stans and chart watchers, but certainly not a bad thing for Capitol Records -- they're winning at the end of the day.

Roar is still selling exceptionally well, Unconditionally seems to be selling the album, and Dark Horse is pretty much in prime position to take off in 2014 with a fraction of the promo that Roar and UC have received thus far.

Just try to find the LIGHT in all of this.

Christmas sales is coming. It'll at least go platinum. Don't give up, Kats. It's still a top 15 hit. And there's still a chance for it to go for top 10. We just need to have faith in the light.

It's already at 400K. I don't think this will have a problem shifting 600K more copies within the next 1-2 months. And it took nearly 4-5 years for ToY to reach the 1M mark - UC will do it in much less time

I was just kidding with that last bit. But this is really flopping for her standards. It's performance (digital, airplay, streaming, live tv) had been mediocres so far.
