I see what you're saying. I like it better when is smoother and doesn't shout too much. I still love it but yes I like it way better in the slower songs.

I'm kinda disappointed on first listen - none of the tracks outside of the singles and one song (I don't remember which one) really stood out to me. I'll listen again and hope it grows, but none of it was instant to me like when I first heard each single.
It's doing so great, especially considering she hasn't been in the UK for months hopefully it manages to stay steady throughout the week since there probably aren't a lot of physicals available (apparently only HMV has it and just the standard edition ) to help the overall sales.

That must be why I like Don't Need Yall and initially liked Leave It/Fancy.
Work was okay but I think the annoyance started when she started shouting on Bounce and started ruining it. "GET NUTS HANDS UP GO CRAZYYYY" and it was almost like a cat screamed.
Idk it's her first album but not her first project. Hopefully she learns what I feel she should already know about what and how her voice works.
The listen was solid but not a stand out, every song on repeat type of album yet. I really don't get the love for Black Widow... what? single? Huh?!
