I can't believe people actually think Katy's new single is better than Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You). I like it, but Kelly's vocals alone makes her song a million times better. In the end, I'd like to think Kelly will have the more successful single and true originality and talent will prevail.
Kelly's sitting between Jason Aldean and Maroon 5 and right in front of her is Coldplay and right before them is Paul McCartney. I wonder if Paul will be like there's that girl that beat me last time

Fine, sorry for being off-topic. I'm just annoyed with people falsely belittling Kelly's success and talent, as well as believing that, out of all people, Katy is better. I received my fair amount of warning points, so I'll drop it now.

They are only angry because you were saying the new Katy song isn't good. Fact is, i've seen a lot of those Katy stans in the WDKY thread praising it, I think they're just being defensive over their fav which is rightly so, you shouldnt of bought up Kelly in that thread

To all the people who stayed in Katy thread defending Kelly. I got only 1 warning, but I think they are really pressed 'cause Part Of Me is not so good like Kelly songs. But, seriously, some gurls just become really offensive and I can't stand them.
One thing which has annoyed me though is people saying "Kelly's had one hit song after years and now you all think shes relevant I didn't know Kelly had fans.."
Someone said something along those lines in the Part Of Me thread so that's why I started getting defensive. I think it may be best that I just stick in the Kelly threads so I don't have to read moronic posts like that.

Kelly chooses to take time out between releases, she chooses not to over-saturate herself and collaborate with half the music industry, she still has great sales, yet people seem to call her irrelevant.
She may not get to #1 every year like the big pop girls, but she has longevity and consistency. Some people are so uneducated about music it baffles me.
