No its not like that at all. Its less gayer of course, but its users are mostly horny teen girls and some small portion of gay guys. People there are starting to use the gay lingo too. .

Yes, there was once where Daniel Henney actually read a forum post on Onehallyu claiming Jessica was pregnant with his child and tweeted about not liking rumors and then the thread suddenly had like 2,000 people viewing it
