As someone that has spent 10 years in the federal gov't and has a certain clearance level and knows alot about certain things...I'd never go blue in 2016 despite the fact that I did in 2004, 2008 and 2012.

I'm always open to red and green but at this point I'd never "stay home" so my conscience tells me Green.
The only time i was proud to vote the way I voted was in 2008. Didn't feel good about 2004 and 2012.

I want to feel good knowing that whatever goes down my vote had nothing to do with it.

Anyways, Gary Johnson is teetering dangerously close to that 5% mark. If he doesn't reach 5%, the Libertarians won't get federal funding. I feel like it's their fault for putting Gary Johnson at the top of the ticket and not Bill Weld, who seems more level-headed and knowledgable. Gary had a chance to build up a large support base then blew away new supporters at each public appearance.

As for Jill Stein, I really want to like the Green Party candidate. But wow, does she miss me with her randomly anti-science standpoints. Demonizing nuclear energy, GMOs, and still, to this day, being wary of vaccines and wi-fi - I can't support that. And of course, her VP is an absolute mess.

I guess I appreciate them being so bad that they won't take that much support from Hillary?

Trump is a great and smart politician. It's only been a little over a year and he has gained amazing support and beaten out many other respected politicians who have been trying it for decades. You can hate his supporters and **** on them all you want, but the fact remains that he understands many of the people in this country and wants to help. As a former business man, he probably understands that he had nothing to gain by becoming a flop of a president so I think we can really expect the best if he wins. Another case for Trump can be made when you look at who stands to gain the most from a Hillary win--her donors and corporate pals (you don't invest millions in something you don't think will benefit you). Hillary needs to win to make those people happy. But their happiness is at the expense of the greater public. Trump needs to win.

Um, let's not oversell it.
He did not have support from both parties because under many circumstances the July decision would be different for many other people.
I think it's just a tables turn on how he did something that wasn't normally done in July by saying more than necessary about why Clinton was so careless and now he's doing something that wasn't normally done in the opposite direction.

I lowkey feel like whoever is working on those e-mails have had to clue him in on something.
