What is Bieber's talent? He can't sing - whiny and nasal as hell. He doesn't write unless Beyoncé is suddenly a songwriter as well. His instrumental abilities are basic at best. He's a passable dancer when choreographed properly. Rihanna is more talented than him and that's saying something.
