This is literally the opposite of what you're saying. Whenever you break longstanding institutional protocol you will (and should) be questioned. GOP was just mad that they didn't get an indictment.
If Obama wants any sort of a political/activist/public career after his presidency, he wouldn't pardon Hillary if she got indicted.
We have to go through the mental gymnastics of:
1) Those emails, sent by Huma on HER devices, are bad enough to indict HILLARY.
2) This investigation will be complete by the inauguration
3) Obama and Hillary are secretly f**king and Obama will throw away his integrity and career because you know, corruption/power/don't you know how politics work
It's all up to DOJ to make that decision. And Obama will ceize to be POTUS in less than 2 weeks so excuse me for thinking he doesn't have anymore power to influence anything anymore

I don't see how it isn't a clear cut issue. Everyone on my Timeline is talking about it. There is members in here disagreeing about it. Is the case open again? Does this have anything to do with Hillary? I will be so appreciative if someone can spell this out nice and easy for me.

After the Clinton email mess got closed earlier this year, Anthony Weiner got himself in trouble with the FBI (for possibly sexting a minor) and had his/Huma's devices into an investigation. They are now looking into additional emails from Huma's laptop, and since Huma is Hillary's aide, this all tied back to Hillary. So Jason Chaffetz's opportunist ass decided to send Comey's vague letter explaining the situation to Twitter, saying that the FBI had re-opened the case. And the media pounced on it before all the facts came out.
