Aside from SOML, the boys really don't care about radio or the GP appeal from what I can see.
So it's a moot point that I don't care about anyway. At least it's a real bop.

I doubt they don't care at all. Plus, they'll need it if they want to sustain longevity.

Have you seen how they promote? They don't care for promotion. Something that's sorely needed for longevity. Aside from that, this whole thing is a little too soon to tell yet.

Only with touring. MM is their least sold album both in the UK and the USA. It's sold over a million less than TMH and UAN worldwide. SOML did decently but that's it.

That's not them not caring imo. It's them and/or their management wanting to tour more than to promote because it brings in far more cash.

damn flops & their 300+ million $ world tour
u do realize how much harder it is for an artist to have a successful huge record breaking tour than to sell albums or singles right? esp in this day where most people illegally dl or stream everything

You don't need to use sarcasm because you realised you were spouting nonsense.

The fact is this album is the least sold of the 3 in many countries (UK,US, France, Canada...). As for the tour, it is usually a reflect of the previous era : for example Katy Perry's tour during the TD era grossed barely anything while the one she's currently doing is aiming for a much higher total which doesn't reflect the respective eras at all. Same for Gaga and her BTW Ball grossing a lot despite the era underperforming, which is now visible in her latest tour.

This tour's tickets were mostly sold before MM was even released based on TMH's hype, it is in large part the result of the previous era where they were at their peak in terms of album sales and hype.

I really like it so far. I think it's very catchy, the lil snippet is already stuck in my head.
Not sure if radio is going to get into this song though, but we will see when it fully comes out.
