Does anyone else think either her first or second pop single will be a piano ballad? She has yet to have one properly smashing I can see her trying to serve us her Someone Like You/Say Something

No, I don't think so. piano ballad was always reserved for some special songs like ALL TOO WELL or BACK TO DECEMBER. I love them both though.

About tour set-list, I think, 20 songs will be perfect, 18 songs just OK. But do you guys agree for SOME other stars, speeches are even more difficult than singing?
I love the speech before ATW, she need more speeches like it.

i'mma be honest and say that i was peer pressured into thinking GAH is a bad song, because really, i don't see it as that. like, when it's on, i can let it play and sing along bla bla bla. but when a song like stay stay stay or 22 come on, i press next very quickly. and might i add, i REALLY don't understand the hate for TMIK. i love it, and think it's one of the most poignant songs of her career

i'm so mad at lord for not releasing All Too Well as the second single, because it was right around the time when Stay, When I Was Your Man, Mirrors, and Just Give Me A Reason were slaying. it wouldn't have been out of place in the market because at that time that's what audiences were prescribing to

I mentioned about singing along lately, I think it shows her power and the strong connection with her fans. The problem of rock songs is that SOME of them are really hard to sing along. Soft rock is a good choice, I love "Candle in the Wind" and "Hello" so much, hope to see her collaboration with Elton John. But rock songs will definitely dominate LP5 tour no matter becoming single or not.

Maybe it's because ALL TOO WELL is too special for her, like what Liz Rose said ATW was the most important song on RED for Taylor. Maybe she just doesn't want it to be too commercial like MM songs. But it should have replaced TLT anyway.
