It really is. The verses are really strong, which isn't something that can be said about most pop songs. And of course the chorus bops. It's only downside is the completely unnecessary 3OH!3 feature, tbh.

Aside from it not sounding like "raining gold" (to me, anyway), and I know it's Kesha, but it doesn't make any sense, as if it were really raining gold, people would die, as they'd either be struck by solid gold bars, or burned by liquid gold, where it's melting point is 1,064 °C.
"Raining down" just paints a picture of a whole bunch of rowdy misfit teens at a concert jumping around in the pouring rain not giving a **** because they're having a good time... then cue the "put your mother****ing phones up" line, it just makes sense.
