Out of the possible Latino VP picks, Becerra is the easy pick.
He holds elected office (unlike Castro/Perez), has legislative experience, has name recognition (among Latino voters), is a fierce advocate on Spanish TV (thus able to fire up the Latino voting block), and speaks Spanish. Also not too young.
She probably didn't personally Tweet it though. She signs her personal tweets with an "-H".
Her tweets this month:
Honored to have you with me, @POTUS. I'm fired up and ready to go! -H
To every little girl who dreams big: Yes, you can be anything you want—even president. Tonight is for you. -H
As we begin Ramadan, I wish all Muslims a blessed time of reflection, family, and good health. Ramadan Mubarak. -H
Muhammad Ali really was The Greatest—unmatched not just in power and skill, but also in courage and conscience. Thinking of his family. -H
We will never be silenced or intimidated by the gun lobby. Honored to have @Everytown & @MomsDemand's support. -H
My biggest issue with Sanders being the VP is that I think he would be more essential and influential as a senator, which is the same issue I have with Warren. Also, I think the VP spot is a wonderful opportunity to groom someone to run for president in the future. And we all know that, if Hillary serves two terms, Bernie wouldn't be a viable candidate in 2024.
This tweet will go down in history as the moment Hillary changed the tides and the young voters flocked in hoards to her. I bet this tweet was carefully planned and crafted just for this purposed. Twitter and Tumblr will now be conquered by her. The youth vote is hers now
