In The Lonely Hour is selling quite fine for someone who was literally a nobody in the U.S. last year and barely known in the UK as well. And at least he can get actual hits, actually sing, actually construct a cohesive song together, and perform on national television without getting boycotted by the country.
Also, My Everything is at 850K WW and still selling, so it's likely to pass UltraSuicidal when all is set and done. If not, Ariana can truthfully say that she got hits off of the album, and she has, say it with me now, a tour planned later on, and tickets for it are selling quite well.
Even PIGGY is embarking upon a tour, and even though she's flopping to a hilarious extent right now, at least her fans can safely say that she'll be alive and well by this time next year. What point is there even bragging about Lana anymore?
