Well idk how much of the BTW success, considering their last edition was out in the end of 2011 and Gaga was named the most famous celebrity on earth and they used a picture from her Grammy Noms Concert which was also the end of 2011.. So I suppose it's what she has sold since the end of 2011 till now + Born This Way Ball of course.
Last year Gaga was second most powerful celebrity after Oprah Winfrey if you remember, with 80M earnings etc..
The only one that could have a chance against Gaga the last 2-3 years is Beyonce. No one else, considering both Gaga and Beyonce earned more in 1 year than the other girls in 2 or even 3 years.
