My sister gets touched all the time on trains there, and you can't really report it to anyone because it's considered normal behavior. She tried getting a job during her off time at a few restaurants next to where she lived and no one wanted to hire her except for hostess positions. Sometimes even blunty saying she couldn't work in the kitchen because she's a woman.
