Sometimes I just like to get caught up in seeing what others are doing with their countdowns before my own. I had this update for 5 days but i decided to be lazy and do other things. Now my room is uberly clean and I can breathe easy of clutter
Chart Analysis:
Well what can I say, Play It Again by Luke Bryan is #1 again for the third straight week (5 total to date). Maybe my overstanning has peaked when it comes to being all things Luke Bryan as Play It Again is #1 but a weaker one then in weeks past. This can be reflected in the songs making stronger impacts this past week. Florida Georgia Line's Get Your Shine On, which is their highest peaking song to date, has already been on the verge of topping my chart. A scary advance on the countdown (and will probably do some more damage in its chart reign) is the comeback single for Lady Antebellum called Bartender, especially after Compass, stalling at #16 this week, took over my countdown for 12 weeks in total this year. In other strong movers, Cascada's Everytime We Touch skyrockets for a #3 re-entry due to me working with 2006 chart data and getting a lot of nostalgic plays this past week. Cascada isn't the only artist that is experinceing some sort of Nostalgic feel to the countdown. Nicki Minaj's Starships is getting more recent airplay for the sake of enjoy the mess radio version of Starships where they oddly blur out her first name during the second verse
Other then several modern country artists ( ) this countdown is going to give more rise to modern country music and less to the pop music/Will Young music that was reflected in 2013.
Personally:
I just finished a semester of school. I got one more and then I'm degreed I also got my place together (cleaning it top to bottom) and I am ready to just play with Chart Data & study for actuarial exams all summer
