This week, in addition to posting my regular song countdown everyday, I will posting an issue of my albums chart from the past six weeks everyday. Here is the schedule.
(WE = Week Ending) - WE Sept. 2 will be posted Monday
- WE Sept. 9 will be posted Tuesday
- WE Sept. 16 will be posted Wednesday
- WE Sept. 23 will be posted Thursday
- WE Sept. 30 will be posted Friday
- WE Oct. 7 will be posted Saturday
- WE Oct. 14 will be posted Sunday
- WE Oct. 21 will be posted Monday
From then on, an albums chart will only be posted every Monday.

His fifth studio effort Fortune debuts at #1 with 112 spins, nearly 5x more than the #2 album, Usher's seventh album Looking 4 Myself, which earns 24 spins this week. Not too far behind is Usher's sixth album Raymond v. Raymond, which debuts at #3 with 21 spins. At #4, Mariah Carey's seventh studio effort Rainbow debuts with 17 spins. I Look to You, the sixth and final album from Whitney Houston comes in at #5, debuting with 14 spins.
At a distant #6 position, Nicki Minaj's second album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded debuts with 8 spins. With the same number of spins, Beyoncé's debut album Dangerously in Love debuts at #7. At #8, Beyoncé's sophomore effort B'Day follows behind with 7 spins. Oops!... I Did It Again, the second offering from Britney Spears, debuts at #9 with 6 spins. Madonna's latest album MDNA comes in at the #10 position with 5 spins.

Another Beyoncé album, Dangerously in Love, follows at #8 with 13 spins. A new entry, Mariah Carey's Glitter, debuts with 13 spins at #9. Falling from its #2 position last week, Usher's seventh studio effort Looking 4 Myself comes in at the #10 position this week. It earned a meager 6 spins, a 75% decline from its 24 spins last week.
The total combined number of spins this week was 202, 20 less than last week.

Christina Aguilera's Stripped falls to #6 after debuting at #3 last week. It earns only 10 spins, about half as much as last week's 22 spins. With the same number of spins, Usher's fourth studio album Confessions debuts at #7. I Am... Sasha Fierce, the third studio effort from Beyoncé, falls one rung to #8 this week. It earns 10 spins, a small decrease from last week's 14 spins. After falling off of the chart last week, Usher's sixth album Raymond v. Raymond re-enters at #9, with 6 spins. A new entry comes in at #10: Christina Aguilera's Back to Basics, with 5 spins.
The total combined number of spins this week was 141. That is 21 less than last week, and an all-time low.
