Need I remind you what itunes looked like when her album dropped? I'm surprised BTD isn't doing as well...personally it's the only song I like by her.

I'm not sure what its sales are. I want to say around 2 million. A little below. (I think someone posted 1.7 mill back at the beginning on February.)
It would have been massive had the song been good quality. I'm a Taylor Swift fan, but let's be honest. "Mine" is one of the weakest songs she's ever recorded. And yes, all of the songs from the album charted on the Hot 100, but that was when the album was first released. Only 1,000,000 copies of it had been sold. Now it's up to 3.05 million. It only took the album about four months to sell that. It took
Taylor Swift 18 months to sell that, and it took
Fearless 10 months to sell that. 18 months into
Taylor Swift, we were on "Should've Said No," which didn't sell that much. 10 months into
Fearless, we were on "Fifteen," which again didn't sell that much. So it just makes sense that "Back to December" isn't selling much. People obviously love the song, though. It's big on radio, and there's no doubt about that. It's just that 3.05 million people already own it on the album, so there's no reason for them to download the song again.
