Right? They posted some random video on Facebook today and I thought it was something new for a second
Tomorrow's Harvest was so underwhelming though it had a few good songs (New Seeds, Reach for the Dead, Sick Times). I've only been a fan for 4-5 years and I never got to witness the Tomorrow's Harvest era because I was too focused on the pop girls. Nothing new is coming out now (except Gaga and Katy, but meh) and they would be filling my time. I can't even imagine the sounds of BOC5
1)Anderson Paak Malibu
2)Kaytranada 99.9%
3)Corinne Bailey Rae The Heart Speaks in Whispers
4)JMSN It is.
5)David Bowie Blackstar
6)Bas Too High To Riot
7)Majid Jordan s/t
8)dvsn SEPT 5TH
9)Chance the Rapper Coloring Book
10)James Blake The Colour in Anything
I've still got a bunch to sift through.
Great list Thought that Kay's album was a bit too long, but I still enjoyed it. I will finally listen to Blackstar when I'm done with Bowie's discography, I'm like halfway through now.

I wanna try one of the messy overly-complicated ones like this, but idk if they're any good
I have listened to like 1/3 of these

I liked it Some songs felt unecessary, but it was a solid record.

I don't like 2016 that much compared to 2015 when we had Father John Misty, Mac DeMarco, Jamie xx, Sufjan, Destroyer, Beach House, Wilco, Modest Mouse, Grimes, Cage and lots of great pop too. What I'm hoping for the most this year is new Vampire Weekend, that would make it worth it

What do you normally listen too? Would you like any recs?
Listening to Sleigh Bells' discography and feeling ANGRY at how obvious their musical decline has been. I blame Alexis, she should go back to teaching. Derek deserves better!

Agreed. 2015 was amazing for music, Beach House & Grimes alone.
omg if VW releases this year I want them to go back to doing world sounds, but mixed with the maturity of MVOTC
Wait at them stanning for Japanese shoegaze. I listened to Kinoko Teikoku's album and it was cute. I feel like trying the ones I don't know.
I don't know what happened to Kinoko Teikoku but their last album was awful. Eureka and ロンググッドバイ remain their best releases. When it comes to new artists from Japan, Tricot and Ichiko Aoba are my favorites. It's great to see Supercar and Mass of the Fermenting Dregs on that chart.

I listened or rather tried to listen to the album on the top left corner and I died when I heard it.
You can literally find more pleasent and melodic music on a construction site

2015 is probably my favorite music year in so long. The amount of amazing albums is stunning.
2016 is good too butno album this year can compare to Father John Misty's album imo
Gods really came through with this one. BR is bad but it's highs are amazing. It should've been an EP (consisting of To Hell With You, Sugarcane, Young Legends and Sing Like a Wire)
