heres what i think the countdown and stats woulda been if it was still the old format:
tue nov 20, 2007
1.sean kingston-take you there (1st day/debut/peak:1(1))
2.armor for sleep-williamsburg (8th day/-1/peak:1(7))
3.chris brown-kiss kiss (28th day/+6/peak:1(1))
4.ashley tisdale-he said she said (29th day/-2/peak:1(14))
5.rihanna-hate that i love you (29th day/-2/peak:1(2))
6.paramore-crushcrushcrush (9th day/-1/peak:3)
7.fall out boy-me and u (23rd day/-3/peak:3)
8.avril lavigne-hot (21st day/-2/peak:6)
9.colbie caillat-bubbly (22nd day/+1/peak:2)
10.boys like girls-hero/heroine (5th day/-3/peak:7)
at least with the old format.at least the votes were actually counted and made you thought they actually mattered.i just can't get how sean kingstons #1 in trl votes though?maybe they're fabricating the stats.so he can get on the countdown for damiens sake.LOL.
I feel the reason we have had Voting #1's like Sean Kingston, Armor For Sleep, etc. is because people have stopped voting frequently knowing that if there favorite artist is doing good on Billboard, why waste time voting. However, the fans of artists that are not succeeding on other charts vote like crazy knowing that only the votes will be able to help them out.
