It's off to a nice start, but it's too early to tell. Just to name some major markets:
It's #4 in the UK (with a compilation and an EP ahead, so technically #2).
Top 5 in France, Top 30 in Germany.
Top 75 in the US, but it's not released there yet.
Plus a few #1s in some smaller markets. Way to go, Elly!
Ok..so far I've listened to the album tracks minus SP, CS and TF...while there are jams like LMDG, UD and Sexotheque..I didn't feel the album as I felt "La Roux"..
Only heard it once, but so far everything sounds very light and summery, which is kinda different from what I expect (like something more hard hitting like LMDG). But I'm sure I'll like it more as I listen more.
