Sadly, the world doesn't revolve around Western countries/cultures. Shocking, right? Britney can be considered as an 'exotic beauty' all over Africa, Asia, Middle East. It's horrifying to see all these 'basic white woman, plain Jane' comments. We really need to let this thread die.

Rihanna can be exotic in the middle east, Europe and Asia, and the Americas. The world doesn't revolve around western cultures, yet western influence is what the beauty standards in many countries have become based upon. Calling Britney basic might be a double standard ( even though some people clearly don't find her all that special), but it's not like white people aren't at the top of the totem pole in regards to things such as appearance.
