I may be reaching but his hair looks freshly cut. Suspect #2 could have cut his long hair to avoid being recognized.

So what I'm seeing/hearing atm is Suspect #1 (Black Hat) is in custody, Suspect #2 (White Hat) is being sought after right now and are closing in on

if you've seen the full video or photo (which i unfortunately cant find) youll see his body looks obviously thicker than both suspects

Not necessarily. It's just an eerie coincidence that someone with MIT branding was pictured alongside one of the suspects.
