See, but that's just bad policy. You're endorsing that the dignity of every day law abiding citizens be challenged for the simple reason that there are people in their religion that do these bad things. If these things don't happen to white people when whites commit the most crimes, it doesn't make sense to apply it to any other ethnic group.
There's nothing wrong with screening immigrants, it happens all the time. But there's obviously a fine socially acceptable limit we shouldn't surpass. Stop and frisk, registries, and large scale deportations are counterproductive in that they violate a lot of the constitutional principles we value as a country.
