There's no denying the impact Drake's song, "Marvin's Room," has had on fans and artists. Ever since the release of the track (June 9), there's been a round up of remixes done by Chris Brown, JoJo, Teyana Taylor and more.
It was no surprise that "Marvin's Room," which Drake confirms with Billboard.com's The Juice will be on "Take Care," was the song of his that got the best reaction at OVO Fest on Sunday (July 31). Fans recited each word, even those of Drake's leading lady. Fans' connection with "Marvin's Room" can also be seen on the charts. It has leaped eleven slots on R&B/Hip-hop Songs and 47 slots to No. 21 on the Hot 100, this week.
After stepping off stage on Sunday, Drizzy Drake shared his thoughts on the wave of "Marvin's Room" remixes. "The writing is doing something to people for them to want to take it and remix it. It's very flattering. Thank you to anybody that made a remix," Drake tells The Juice.
Drake hopes to receive the same reaction with what's to come. "I hope other songs on the album get reactions like that too," he tells us. "I really, really, really worked very hard on the writing for this album. I hope it gets a great reaction."
Drizzy is so nice for letting people remix his smash song
