Exactly, like Britney right now is basically a landmark in Las Vegas that people visit, but its not like she's doing anything else. She doesn't sing and can barely dance, barely has records out, never promotes, can't have a meaningful conversation or interview, isn't invited to interviews, her last album was utter ****. If Britey was a new artist and the BJ era was her first one, she would be Keri Hilson pretty much.
Taylor, RIGHT NOW, has 10000x the relevancy than Britbot.
A person with relevancy shouldn't have trouble going half way gold.
