Not that I entirely know what I'm talking about, but if you want to add Pansage I would take out either Boldore or Drilbur. An then I would Take out Victini and add in Darumaka, unless you really like using Victini.

Just beat the 4th gym leader, Sandile was a huge help there. Decided that once Joltik first becomes available I'm gonna bench Timburr for him. I just need someone who can easily kill flying-types, which is something no one on my team can do. Also, I really want the gothic-lolita pokemon that is exclusive to Black, so if anyone is interested in a trade for maybe a Solosis I would much appreciate it. I also noticed that i'm taking this game extremely slowly, iv'e logged in 20 hours and I'm still not very far, but hey I'm more than enjoying so i'm not mad.
