The Lviv Arena might host in the end. The Ukrainian authorities are more keen on it and it's gonna take nothing to create a roof for it. It can host up to 30k people and Lviv is the safest and richest city in the country.

I can only see a comeback from Slovakia with their own queen of pop Katarína Knechtová, and very hopefully a debut from Kazakhstan. I'm longing for them in the competition! Also, Turkey needs to make up their mind, it's getting ridiculous. The rules aren't changing, they need to accept the fact that their migrant-inflated votes will never be back. Bosnia will be the only Balkan country to retire, I guess.
