That's not what she means. Stop taking everything in a chart-POV. She obviously means that we'll be seeing the start of her true vision for this era, the stuff she wants to do.
Gaga if you're reading this then please, stop making excuses about your failures, stop blaming everybody else for things that went wrong, YES **** happens, but you have to deal with it.
What you should do is start putting your money where your mouth is, stop the excuses and let the music speak for itself.
This whole era has been so badly mismanaged. I think that's obvious from anyone's standpoint.
But in my opinion the music is the big problem. There's nothing on this album that I find myself coming back to. She needs to start from scratch creatively.

I disagree completely. The music is the ONLY aspect of this era that has been fantastic. It's as brilliant as it has ever been. The management has been abysmal though.

I think ARTPOP excited me (musically) for about 2 weeks, but after other major releases came, this album kind of fell off of my radar to be honest.
I honestly hope she can get this era back on the right track for her fans
