I go running at 5 am. You should try running early in the morning. The weather is perfect, the world is quiet, and you don't have to stop for people in your way.
I usually love leg day. Minus the calf exercises, those are usually the hardest/most irritating since they're so specific.
Squats>>
I've been skipping the leg press for a few weeks now though cuz i hurt my back a few weeks ago doing what idk where, so i'm scared of over-exerting. I should be fine now though, cuz i'm doing deadlifts and squats just like before.
I used to go to gym at night when it was kinda dead, but now I go 5pm when it's the busiest and I can't @ the people who take forever on machines and they're not even doing them right or/wasting time on their damn phones

I work out five days a week and have been doing so for about 6 months. I love the way I feel after a workout and I've been getting even more compliments than I did before I started lifting.
I was doing a good routine for a month and a half but had intense job training (literally work everyday from 6 am to 5 pm and then seminars/trainings at night and i would need to prepare for the following day until 1 am)
Anyway, ive been easing myself back into my food plan/working out. Before I go back to my old plan just curious about people's food plans/work out plans for abs. Im already slim but want to tone up.
What are some good, simple & effective exercises to build muscles at home (arms, chest, stomach etc) without weights? I can't join a gym until I move into my new place but I still wanna exercise

The basics, i guess, like planks, sit ups, dips, push ups, etc.
So hey, I've completed Insanity and s'all good but I really wanna tone my legs up that bit extra. Recommendations? Thinking of adding weights into leg workouts but not sure of any great ones. Lemme know?
