So crazy to think that Nicki has never had a #1 on Pop. Starships and Super Bass were HUGE, but I guess it was more of a longevity thing than a high peak.

Yea. She also competed against huge radio hits at the time. Super Bass got blocked by LFN/PRA while Starships got blocked WAY/STIUTK.

Does anyone remember Vertical Horizon's "Everything You Want" back in 2000? It peaked at #2 for 4 non consecutive weeks on the Top 40 Radio Chart, but because of its longevity and continuous airplay, it finished the year at #1, the same year "Bye Bye Bye" spent 10 weeks at #1. On Billboard, EYW had 17 wks T 10 & 36 wks T 40. On R&R (precursor to Mediabase), EYW had 18 T 10 wks & 37 T 40 wks. Both publications ranked it #1 Top 40 Song of 2000.
