Yep. That's true. I was referring to her team which includes Nicki but yes to clarify it was more about her team...I don't take jabs at Queen Nicki like that.
I was expecting them to correct their past mistakes to ensure that things were released timely to reflect the ever changing industry.
With her streaming power, her certifications and charting positions would benefit greatly.
I mean you do realize that she could have had 3 or 4 songs charting right now if it were planned correctly.
Im still bummed about My nucca because the video actually got alot of views in a short time.
I care about success and proper planning.
As someone with a career and particularly under the business umbrella, I always think from strategy, analysis, budget, deadline oriented and future looking perspective...I lead 10 team members and things have to be done right.
So naturally, what you do or represent reflects in how you view things.
Its not just about charts, its about proper planning and execution.
Makes me a bit nervous that they don't have their stuff together before her era starts.

Coming from nerves because she has absolutely no reason to underperform but still could if the era is not handled correctly.
This is a pivotal era.
